Content Description | Partial copy of an agreement between Samuel Marshall, a fisherman living in Lincoln County, Maine, and Thomas Flucker. Marshall asserts that although he has built a log house and fence on a portion of land on the east side of St. George's River, he lays no claim of ownership on the house or land. Signed on behalf of Flucker and Marshall, as well as Henry Laughton and Francis [Skinner] as witnesses. Attested to be a true copy by Samuel Winslow. |
