Content Description The document declares that the business partners William F. Harnden and Dexter Brigham, Jr. have agreed to sell their express line between New York and Philadelphia to William A. and Johnston Livingston. According to the agreement, Harnden & Co. will turn their offices over to the Livingstons, and are also expected to encourage the continued patronage of the express line.
