Content Description Reports to her son on the spring church meeting going on. Says there have been no conversions yet. Discusses the different preachers who have spoken to the congregation. Mentions the marriage of a family friend and comments, "...but so it is when girls get old they are not hard to please in getting a husband." Informs that brother Joseph is still teaching school. Refers to Uncle Richard's recent visit "west" to see Grier. Encourages him to come home for a visit.
