Content Description The document states that John Harris is bound to the people and city of Albany for the sum of 50 pounds. It then goes on to explain that Harris has a pass from the Governor to trade with the Indians of Ottowa, and if he decides not to trade with the Indians of the Five Nations for peltry, then the current financial obligation will be declared void. Harris signed with his mark.
