Would like to see him in the fall and sends complements to his family. Addressed to Mr. Andrew Caldwell, Philadelphia merchant and Commander in Chief of the armed boats of Philadelphia. Docket states letter is from Captain Noble Caldwell. Possibly written in Cape Henlopen, Delaware; Caldwell indicates his location as "Capenlopen." |
