Powell, Artemas Ward, B. Greenleaf, Richard Derby, John Whitcomb, Moses Gill, John Taylor, B. White, Ben Austin, H. Gardner, E. Thayersir, D. Hopkins, Jabez Fisher, and Dr. Samuel Holten. North was appointed a lieutenant in the 6th company, 1st regiment under Captain John Gill in the Regiment Train of Artillery commanded by Colonel Thomas Crafts. Includes paper seal.
