Content Description | Duplicate to GLC 2437.08932. Appears to be a court case to recoup damages lost by Samuel Waldo during a war between Britain and Spain. Consists of a collection of various documents relating to Waldo's involvements in the war, particularly an expedition against Cape Breton. Documents includes copied signatures of a number of people, including a Mr. Hutchinson, Sir William Pepperrell, a P. Warren and William Shirley. Noted as a true copy by Shirley, who also signs. |
