States that he hopes to spend the winter in Paris and wonders if General Sherman can sit for him before he leaves. Expresses his pleasure about being asked to do a bust of General Sherman, "I should consider it a great privilege to be permitted to make a bust of him and am prepared to make a good many concessions to accomplish it." |
