Ballantyne admitted harassing Mrs. Peterson and forcing her to sign a mortgage on the homestead. When told Mrs. Peterson miscarried the same night he harassed her, Ballantyne stated "I do not understand your Danish Language. Get Tourgeson to explain it to me." |
