Show/hide Richard Stockton (signed) We the subscribers arbitrators elected by Cychul Truman, Robert Thornton & Dernich Longstruct the surviving managers for building the Presbyterian Church at Princeton having taken upon [illegible] does the further of arbitrating & making an award between the parties of & upon the premises [illegible] & contained in the instrument of the mission under the hands & scals of the sd parties & intend on the other side of this shut of paper dated the 25th. day of Nov. instant, having fully heard the allegation & proofs of the [illegible] touching the sd. Accts. of an account of the building the church [illegible] & determine of & upon y premises in manner following to wit, first we do award & order that the sd. by hill Forman do, immediately upon the delivery of this our award, surrender up into the hands & possession of the sd. [illegible] Stockton or Dernich Longstruct a certain bond or obligation now in the possession of the sd. Eyehill Forman given by the sd. Ezeril together with the sd. Robt. Hochtone & Dernich ( and Job Stockton now deed.) unto the late Jacob sudden for y payment of seventy pounds borrowed of the 1d Jacob Sudden of y use of the sd. Church upon the delivery of which sd. bond or obligation by the Ezchul Forman to this Robert or Dernich. We do award & determine that there will be due & payable to the sd. Ezchul Forman the sum of seventy eight pounds nine Shillig. proc. money of N. Jersey over & above y sum of money, his appears to have need. from y Church accts. & We do further award & order that y o Robt. [illegible] & Dernich Longstruct do imidiately [sic] upon y deliver of this [illegible] relias & discharge the sd. Egl. Forman of & from a;; [illegible from the sd. Egl. For feed rends in y sd. Church In Witness whereof [struck] we have set our hands this 26th Nov 1772. Stockton
