Content Description | Pursuant to an order from the Council of the Province of Massachusetts Bay, Captain Hall is to immediately bring together all those on the training band lists, to furnish them with arms, "and for them to be in such a posture of defence as to be ready to march at a minutes warning for the defence of this Provance." Signed as colonel. A postscript states that a training day and view of arms and ammunition is to take place on the 20th of June. |
