Content Description Written in Knox's hand. List of expenses for the recruiting service. Goods and services include clothing, transportation, bounties, rations, medicine and pay to recruiters. Tens of thousands of dollars was allocated and spent. Page 4 has a reference to the "Indian department." Line items for the "Creek" and Cherokee" add up to $8,000 and a line item for "Indians N West Ohio" is $10,000.
