Content Description | Indicates that Dr. Morewood, who has been appointed by Dr. Norton to distribute Maredants Drops, seeks an agent for distribution in Boston. Rivington has recommended Knox. Also asks him to collect money from subscribers to his newspaper, Rivington's New-York Gazetteer. Morewood sent a letter to Knox on 26 June 1774 (see GLC02437.00158). Rivington was a bookseller, printer, and journalist who came to America in 1760. |
