Duer will be paid $50,000 in three annual installments, and he will receive the bonds of William Greene, Knox, and Shaw and Randall. Signature has been struck. Contains an autograph note signed by Knox on the address leaf stating that the agreement was cancelled 20 December 1792 by virtue of an agreement between Duer, William Bingham, and Henry Knox. |
