Results from a legal meeting held in Waldoborough, Maine regarding the settlers land claims likely in Broad Bay (present day Waldoboro, Maine). The members selected Committee members and gave full power to the Committee to act as a mediator between Henry Knox and the settlers. Note at top of letter states John Fitzgerald is the moderator. Letter is almost a duplicate of GLC02437.07682. |
