Betsey ...Luke ... Jerry... Westley... Emma...also free persons of African descent... Petitioner prays that a decree may be made... Whereby petitioner and her said children may become the property as slaves of the said... Jefferson S. Nash, as fully as if she and her said children had been born his slaves...
