Transcript	Show/hide Augusta, 8 September 1789. Sirs, Mr. Barnard informs me that he supplied Mr. George Galphin, when lately in the Nation of the Creeks, with a horse, to enable him to fulfil [sic] your commands; and I also do myself the pleasure to acquaint you, that, a short time since, Mr. Galphin also made application for a supply in goods, to enable him to attend to your farther Orders at the Rock Landing. With respect to the first, I must refer you to Mr. Barnard's vouchers, and with respect to the last to Mr. Barnes's: I do not doubt but that you will do that which is proper.
