Content Description Reports the letter will be delivered by Captain John Hills, a surveyor working for Knox. Says Hills will be making a "perfect plan" of the Waldo patent as he recently purchased the interest of the Winslow Family. Plans on spending a great deal of his attention on this property and to reside there. Wants Fales to pass on his knowledge of the patent to Hills, especially of previous surveys done. Will compensate Fales for his troubles.
