Content Description | Previous research determined that the addressee is Isaac Winslow, Sr. Received his last letter respecting the Waldo patent lands and learned from it that their predecessors agreed to sell to several different parties. Discusses legislation allowing them to sell the deeds. Comments on how best to proceed with the sales, as well as on how to handle pricing and payment. Also discusses the appointment of agents to manage the country, including Thomas Vose, as well as how best to handle the people living on the patent. Possibly connected to GLC02437.08195. |
