Reports that two British citizens, Lord Loughborough [possibly Alexander Wedderburn, subsequently 1st Earl of Rosslyn] and John Skinner, have an interest in a portion of the Muscongus patent. Explains how these two individuals got involved with the land, which belonged to Francis Waldo through his father, Brigadier General Samuel Waldo. |
