Content Description Writes that "[i]t is agreeable to custom, and proper in itself, that I should announce to you that I shall deliver up your house in Town which I now occupy, To your order at the expiration of the year, for which I hired it, to wit on the 11th of June next. But if you should obtain a tenant to go into it, on the 10th of May, I think it probable that I might be able to forelinquish on that day."
