Content Description Hoping to sell the portion of the Waldo patent that previously belonged to Thomas Flucker as soon as possible. Worries that the lands will soon be made worthless by the number of people who have settled there illegally without paying. For this reason he hopes to sell the vast tract of about 60,000 acres by April 15, 1791. Discusses the details of the sale, which he hopes Peirce will assist in.
