Orders Jefferds and his troops to move to Fort Schuyler where a number of stores have been collected in preparation of taking command of the western lakes. Discusses the amount of provisions needed at Fort Schuyler for Jefferds party. Provides further instructions if the number of provisions at Fort Schuyler is insufficient.
