Content Description Secretary of War Knox thanks Randall for accommodating his repayment schedule. Knox assures Randall he "will be punctual as to the payment of the remaining [4000] Dollars on the 25th." Knox says that "the non acceptance of the bill on behalf of my brother is a sad affair."
