Content Description | Contains two letters. In the first, of 27 September, Knox writes that he was unable to call upon Rice when Knox visited the "eastern country" recently. Writes that he is an agent of part of the Waldo patent, as he is executor for the recently deceased Thomas Flucker, and a representative of Hannah Flucker. Asks Rice to send him any transactions for the land of the Waldo patent, as well as mortgages and deeds. The second letter, of 4 October, is on a similar topic. |
