Additional Information Vose was 2nd Lieutenant in Gridley’s regiment Massachusetts Artillery, 2nd Lieutenant of Knox’s Regiment Continental Artillery, Captain-Lieutenant of Stevens’ Battalion of Artillery, Captain in the 3rd Continental (Massachusetts) Artillery, and later transferred to Corps of Artillery. He was also an original member of the Massachusetts Society of the Cincinnati.
