Content Description | Discusses business transactions dealing with various amounts of money. $20,000 and $5,000 are needed "to complete the payment which will become due in sixty days after the survey shall be notified; and upon the puctuality of which, the validity of the agreement with the state will most materially depend." Goes on to write about further payments which are due and a difficult situation with William Duer concerning a purchase of land.
