Content Description | A report on the events of the last two weeks in Upper Silesia, from the District controller, Landkreis Beuthen, to the British Commissioner. On Aug. 18th, all the Polish businesses in Kattowitz were destroyed. Later there were reports that all villages in the Kreis had taken up arms. The author details all the negotiations that took place in order for them to give up their arms and come to some kind of understanding with Germany. |
