Content Description Tells Knox that Wendell's son is visiting from Boston. Asks him to find out the value of the "Lands at Muscongus" as Knox is a "proprietor in the same Tracts of Land." Wendell does not know the value, as he is from upstate New York. Asks Knox what he would be willing to pay for 2500 acres.
