Content Description Writing on behalf of his relative James Wendell, asking Knox to purchase a piece of land Wendell owns adjoining the Waldo patent. James Wendell claims to own about two thousand five hundred acres adjoining the Waldo patent which he wishes Knox to purchase. If he does so "on generous terms" John will give a piece of land in Portsmouth to the Flucker family, Knox's in-laws.
