Content Description Deed affirming the sale of land within the Waldo patent from Henry Knox and his associates to Benjamin Parkman. The portion of land sold was granted to Knox by a resolve of the Massachusetts legislature. Also signed by Thomas Jackson and Mary Lincoln and signed and witnessed by Samuel Cooper, Nathan Dane, Martin Lincoln and Gridley Thaxter. Next to the signatures note stating deed was "cancelled the 16 Oct 1804"
