Discusses an advancement Sarah Lyons Flucker Beaumez (Knox's sister-in-law) requested on behalf of her two son's, Francis and Thomas Flucker. Informs Knox that Messrs Palmer informed Bayard they did not feel authorized to honor any demands by Knox until they contact Calcutta first. Informs Knox they just learned that Mr. [Bon-Albert Briois de] Beaumez, Sarah Lyons Flucker Beaumez's husband, has died. |
