Content Description | Pair of iron leg shackles; shackles are composed of 2 large bracelets connected by 3 links, bracelets are U-shaped and made from square iron stock with thick cylindrical barrel lock across top, when unlocked the barrel lock swings away to release feet, locks measure 5 1/8" long x 1 3/4" dia., key (missing) fits into hole in end of barrel lock; the bottom of the "U" has an eyelet with large 2" dia. ring attached, rings linked together at center by another U-shaped link with eyelet attached; rusted and pitted; possible slave shackle. |
