Reports that Dan has not joined the Company yet and that he is at the dismounted camp on the other side of the river. Inquires after a pair of boots that he requested the "old man" make for him, and asks Reeser to tell the "old man" to make the boots a little bigger. Request Reeser to pay for the boots and to send them express to Company B, 11th Calvary. |
