Additional Information | Nicholas Biddle was President of the Second Bank of the United States from 1823-1839. William Rochester was appointed President of the Buffalo branch of the Bank of the United States in 1828, and served until 1836. He was also a congressman from New York from 1821-1823. William Strickland was the architect of the Second Bank of the United States in Philadelphia. |
