Content Description Grayson signs as a Commissioner of the Board of War. Docket appears to be Samuel Shaw's hand, thus it is likely this document was directed to Henry Knox. "The Board have directed the estimates to be made out immediately of the articles necessary to be purchased also of the transportation..." Assures Knox the Board will do everything in their power to facilitate the measures of George Washington.
