Transcript	Show/hide 16 February, 1866 Andrew Johnson. President of the United States of America. To all to whom these Presents shall come Greeting: Whereas, at the December term. 1865, at the Criminal Court of the District of Columbia one Robert Weaver was convicted of larceny; And whereas, the said Robert Weaver is of the immature age of fourteen years and appears sincerely penitent for this his first offense; and his pardon has been recommended by the United States Attorney who prosecuted him. Now, therefore be it known that I, Andrew Johnson, President of the United States of America in consideration of the premises, divers other good and sufficient reason me thereunto moving, have granted and do hereby grant to the said Robert Weaver a full and unconditional pardon. In testimony whereof, I have hereunto signed my name and caused the Seal of the United States to be affixed; Done in the city of Washington this Sixth day of February, A.D. 1866, and of the Independence of the United States the Ninetieth.
