Content Description | Informs him of the return of "our Brother Capt Joseph Cashman." Says Mr. Cushing's child "the sicked child that ever I saw." News arrived from Newfoundland of the "Royal George" sinking in port, and 1,3000 people dying. Around eight hundred people actually died when the ship sank in Spithead, England. Indians are reporting that the French taken three British ships of the line. Refers to Allen as his "brother." |
