Contains an extract of minutes of the General Assembly, authorized by Assembly Clerk Thomas Paine, related to "An Act for striking the sum of One hundred thousand pounds in Bills of Credit, for the present relief of the Army ... " Contains notices of sale, one of which depicts the printed image of a black horse.
