Content Description David Fales, under authority of Henry Knox, Samuel Winslow, and Isaac Winslow, gives permission to William Burton "to occupy and improve a Lot of Land of fifty acres" (likely on the Waldo patent lands). Burton has agreed to pay Knox, Winslow and Winslow six shillings per acre, and they have provided him with a "Warrantee Deed."
