Content Description Governor Hunter assures the Five Nations of the good will and protection of their sovereign, King George, so long as the Indians uphold their part of the agreement. He reminds them that the Five Nations and the English are bound to keep peace with each other, and also to protect and defend the other in the event of an attack.
