Content Description The Sachems state that they have heard news of British plans to cut off the Five Nations, and explain that they are inclined to believe this rumor due to the rapidly rising price of powder. Governor Hunter replies that the rumors are spread by their mutual enemies, and he will try to lower the price of powder.
