Content Description Signed by Edward Blake, a quartermaster for the artillery, and countersigned by Major Samuel Shaw, Henry Knox's aide-de-camp. Provision return for one man discharged from the Massachusetts Artillery from 25-31 August. A total of 7 rations were issued over the 7 days. Docket signed by a Jacob Copeland an F. Brandy stating that the rations were received.
