Content Description Provision return for eight men of the 2nd Regiment of Artillery. A total of 48 rations for six days is provided to the men from the 23rd to the 28th of July, 1783. In addition to Wetzell, the document is signed by Major Sebastian Bauman and Samuel Shaw, Aide-de-Camp to General Henry Knox. A docket on verso acknowledges receipt of the contractors for New York and New Jersey.
