Additional Information | According to seller's description, this document is entirely written in Bartlett's hand but signed at the end by Pyncheon. Bartlett was a delegate to the Continental Congress from New Hampshire and a signer of the Declaration of Independence. Peabody was also a delegate from New Hampshire. The monetary convention held at Springfield was to discuss the state of paper currency. |
