Content Description | States that forty nine dollars is owed to Minor C. Bradshaw in exchange for "two negro girls." Also signed by Jonathan Bradshaw, Joshua Barnard, Valentine W. Thomes, and Mildred Bradshaw, with her mark. Note on docket states that George Winn, administrator of Mildred Bradshaw's estate, has paid the debt. Note is dated 25 June 1832, and is signed by William Bradshaw and Minor Bradshaw with his mark. A second note on the docket, dated 5 May 1832, states the bond has been transferred to George Winn, and is signed by Joshua Strattory. |
