Lieutenant Colonel Hezekiah Sabin signs, certifying Alling's receipt. Samuel [Hamilton?] signs at Hartford 1 December 1779, confirming payment to Alling. Caleb Beecher signs at New Haven 13 October 1779 on verso, acknowledging Alling's receipt of the sum. |
