Content Description Informs Knox that a mutual acquaintance, David Ford, will be travelling to New York to see him and discuss "his prospects of discharging" Mr. [possible James] Webber's money. Reports that it "will be in his powers soon to give you upwards of five hundred Pounds." Looks forward to the "removal of Congress," because this suggests the Knox family will be able to see the Ogdens soon. Written at Delaware Works, located in what is now Morrisville, Pennsylvania, near Trenton, New Jersey.
