Attempted to collect money from Webber to pay Knox. Expresses embarrassment that Webber didn't pay Knox sooner, and promises to pay Knox the sum Webber owes. Written at Delaware Works, located in what is now Morrisville, Pennsylvania, near Trenton, New Jersey.
