Content Description A letter regarding clothing for which a Mr. Richards, D.C.M. Stores has been held accountable. Directs Frothingham to call on Richards to furnish receipts and vouchers for the clothing. Shaw further directs Frothingham to not make any settlements with Richards until he can provide a certificate accounting for all the articles of clothing.
